Mar Menor

The Mar Menor is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon and is separated from the Mediterranean Sea by the headland La Manga.
The approximately 44 km long beaches are distinguished on one side by the salt lakes of Mar Menor in Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera and Mar de Cristal and on the other side by the typical beaches of the Mediterranean.
Due to the high salt content, the water and the mud have a healing therapeutic effect.
